Brokers' Opens:  When sent to the Greece front desk it will go out via constant contact to our internal RRG agents and the external MLX database.

Open Houses & Price Reductions:  When sent to the Pittsford front desk by 3pm they will go out in that day’s RRG Daily News email blast to internal RRG agents only. *Note – only 1 open house notice will go out per property per week. Only 1 price reduction notice will also go out per property (unless there is a 2nd price reduction at a later date.)

Additional Distribution of Open House & Price Reductions:  When sent to the Greece front desk they will go out via constant contact to our external MLX database only. *Note – We recommend sending only 1 open house notice per property per week and only 1 price reduction notice per property (unless there is a 2nd price reduction at a later date) as external agents are unsubscribing to our constant contact emails due to receiving excess emails.
